Cat and Jayvian started Game Changers with a vision to build a strong support network for women, to celebrate and learn from amazing women leaders in the gaming industry. 

Having women leaders whom we can learn from, look up to and respect can make a difference in how women see ourselves and how all of us make decisions that can shape the future of games.

Our hope is that through more gatherings like these, whether it is online or offline in the future, the stories of these amazing women, and their words of advice will be the encouragement that you need to carry you forward through whatever season that you are going through.

When we look not only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others, we are playing our part to make this industry a safer, more diverse and welcoming environment for all of us.
